Welcome to naturalcents.
I help modern-day consumers find satisfaction in an affordable and sustainable lifestyle.
What’s a “passion pearl”?
As a lifestyle coach, I help clients reduce the damage of excessive spending by coming to a crossroads of three passions:
- minimalism
- affordability
- sustainability
A “passion pearl” is that rare nexus where all three meet and align. Examples would be:
- meal planning
- plant-based eating
- bulk buying
- using reusable containers
- homemade cleaning products
- a “capsule wardrobe”
- drying laundry on a drying rack or clothesline
- energy conservation, like turning lights off when not in use
- community sharing, like at libraries and neighborhood swaps
- bicycling for your commute
Through naturalcents, I try to share as many passion pearls as I can.
One of the most significant passion pearls is conscious spending.
Above all, I try to help clients build their abilities in that specific area – that is, growing awareness and being mindful about where every penny goes and why.
What’s unique about my coaching expertise?
I am a Certified Life Coach through Evercoach/Mindvalley and an Accredited Enneagram Practitioner. If you’d like, I’m able to incorporate Enneagram teachings and concepts into coaching.
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal growth. By understanding your Enneagram type, you can gain insights into your motivations, behaviors, and unconscious patterns, leading to greater self-awareness and the ability to make positive changes in your life.
Yes, the framework can be applied to any struggles you may be experiencing with spending!
We can explore subjects such as awareness around why you buy, balancing expanding with minimizing, and establishing priorities to help you conserve.
The Enneagram is a framework which I, myself, refer to frequently to overcome my own stumbling blocks.
Here on my blog, find encouragement to help you on your journey toward:
- greater satisfaction with your material things
- a healthy wallet
- and a peaceful relationship with planet earth!
Warmly,
Kara Koon
